Shinob Kibe

There are so many lessons to have based on our hike today with the Young Men & Young Women. Maybe you can see them for yourself. We took the challenge issued by the YM&YW general president and climb to the top of a mountain and unfurled our banner. It was Martin Luther King day--"We have a Dream". We are ready to be Examples of the Believers. Shinob Kibe was used as a guide for mail planes in the '30s. It was named for the Piute Indian word meaning "Great Spirit". I hope as the year progresses that we can use this experience in teaching these kids about their examples. I think it will be easy to do!!
